At The Func. Lab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your functional fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy mailer, then securely attach the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our lab.
